As an avid designer with a strong eye for all things design, safety and engineering I am endeavouring to move forward in my career, designing and managing memorable experiences for all. Combining my 5 years of themed entertainments operational experience, extensive design knowledge, and ability to think logically and methodically, I am capable of handling problems, under pressure, with ease, and always to a high standard.

2022 - Present

Legoland Windsor Resort: Ride Operator & Trainer

  • Shadowed the Legoland Maintenance team which increased my engineering knowledge of our rides.

  • Able to detect faults before they happen, communicate with my team, and ensure they are ready to ESTOP.

  • Due to extensive knowledge of my rides, I train new and existing staff to ensure our rides are run to a high standard.

  • Create a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests using my guest excellence training. Make use of my Legoland ride accessibility training to analyze if individuals can get on our rides and prepare our team if we need to evacuate with a disabled guest on board.

2017 - Present

XIVIX Electronics Engineering: 

  • Worked on medical equipment during Covid19 and The ScopePro ERCP cleaner.

  • Learned to follow BSI standards and extensive medical requirements.

  • Responsible for ensuring quality control measurements I had to follow were completed.

  • Working alongside parks and park architectures to establish stations, queue lines and attraction layouts including guest flow and timing studies

  • Focusing on development of new innovations Designing and programming OBE systems

  • Responsible for BlueSky conceptual designs, CAD mockups & client renderings for a new era

  • Followed high-level technical schematics to assemble ride chassis

Clacton Pier: 2020-2021: Senior Ride Operator / Team Leader

  • Responsible for the safety of our guests and making sure the rides are in good condition as a senior ride operator.

  • Worked alongside another individual to schedule our large team and keep operations running smoothly.

  • Dealing with guest complaints, queries, and accessibility requirements of our guests.

June 2025

  • Participated in inspection workshops based off of BS EN13814 and HSG 175.

  • Utilised FMEA, DRA, OURA and DRA to safely design and integrate a ramp system into a new attraction.

  • Took part in accelerometer, NDT and generalised inspection courses.

  • I am apart of a team which stretches across each department at Vekoma.

  • We are responsible for keeping clients up-to-date with the latest standards, analysing other manufacturers strategies and designing new approaches to make our vehicles as accessible as possible to ADA standards.

NextGen Showcase 2022: Engineer

  • As part of an international team of 12, I worked as my teams engineer and designer to design and pitch a creatively engaging yet technically feasible attraction concept to industry professionals.

  • My own small setup where I designed, manufactured and marketed my own graphic clothing. Gaining experience with E-commerce and marketing based on demographic segmentation.
